Under the Tower Bridge
· London
Observer description: We stood on the Tower Bridge and saw the seal directly. The seals head was over the surface for about 30 seconds. The seals head was dark-brown with a longer snout (like a grey seal?). Maybe it was there to take a short breath and it looked around. After that the seal submerged and swam away.
